Running Horse Farm

MY HORSE, BLUE, JUMPS OVER THE LIME GREEN BARN WHILE OUR PET TURKEY, BOURBON, IS DISCOVERED BY JUDGEMENTAL BAPTIST CHICKENS!!!!!!!! (In the Meantime, the Sun Is Shining And The Flag Is Flying) MAILBOX...

Commissioned for a horse farm in Maryland.  I had a great time making this.  The farm has a lot of turkeys--brown and white--ducks, chickens of many varieties, and a lot of other animals, but I couldn't include them all.  This is a VERY sturdy steel mailbox (you can't tell it from the photo, but anybody trying to damage this in a drive by with a baseball bat is in for a BIG surprise, and, probably a broken arm.)

Yes, in addition to a horse named Blue, the owners REALLY do have a lime green barn AND a pet brown turkey named Bourbon! (I do not know if Bourbon drinks "Mild Turkey.")

These photos were taken in my back garden before the piece was transported to Maryland from NC.

SCROLL ON DOWN FOR A LOT OF DETAIL PHOTOS!

Yes, they REALLY do have light blue trim

on their barn doors!

Bourbon is made from

old electric motor parts, a wheel bearing cover and nails.

The Sun

One of the judgemental chickens and the spilled "Mild Turkey."

Close up of Blue.

His head is pipe, washers, a fork handle on a neck of bicycle kick

stands connected to a wheelbarrow wheel rim body
